The Short Circuit Oven Hood (SCOH) is a self-compensating heat removal hood, for non-grease-producing equipment. The SCOH introduces make-up air directly into the hood canopy through an internal full-length self-balancing slot. The SCOH is recommended for large ovens and pizza ovens.
