Larkin Industries standard Kitchen Fan Control Packages are shipped pre-wired in a self-contained hinged stainless-steel enclosure ready for field hookup. The Package is complete with face mounted switches for convenient fan and light control (hood mounted switches may be substituted). The electrical enclosures are typically wall mounted in proximity to the hood, but they may also be mounted in an optional hood mounted utility cabinet, a remote utility room, or other location if hood or remote switches have also been specified. Larkin Industries fan control packages are ETL listed and provide for exhaust/supply fan interlock and provide terminals for fire-system integration and provisions for thermal switches or CAL-Stats (provided by others). All electrical control packages come completely pre-wired, assembled with top grade electrical components, and include a wiring schematic on the inside lid to aid in easy field hook-up.
