The Lazy Flow (LF) hood model is a compensating canopy style hood. This hood model introduces up to 90% of the make-up air directly into the kitchen through removable, cross-broke perforated panels in the face of the hood. The LF hood offers lower make-up air discharge velocity to reduce the throw to within a few feet of the hood allowing a portion of the air to be re-exhausted by the hood system. This keeps the make-up air from mixing in the kitchen space and requiring additional conditioning. Tempered make-up air may be required in colder climates. The LF hood model is a versatile hood model and can be used for almost any kitchen application from light to heavy cooking loads and is sure to add distinctive look to any professional kitchen.
