The Oven Hood (OH) is a heat removal hood used for non-grease producing equipment including, ovens, warmers and stock kettles, etc. The OH hood is not required to meet NFPA96 Standards, however, when these hoods are a part of a total kitchen design, the air exhausted from the hood must be considered.
