The Exhaust Only Slant (EOS) hood model is an exhaust only canopy style hood without built in make-up air. The EOS hood model can be used with one of Larkin Industries external supply plenums to introduce 90% of the system’s required make-up air. The EOS is constructed with a slanted front for those looking for more style than the typical box type canopy hood. The EOS hood model is suitable for most cooking applications.
