The Exhaust Only Low Ceiling (T model) (EOLC-T) hood model is an exhaust only canopy style hood without built in make-up air. This model has been specifically designed for concession trailer and mobile kitchen applications. The EOLC-T hood is built with a short front and a “Flat Top” design that allows for easier installation and more cooking area headroom in situations where space is a premium. The EOLC-T can be adapted to meet the demands of any mobile kitchen or concession trailer manufacture.
